Your gift to The Jane Stern Dorado Community Library helps the library serve the community above and beyond what outside funding provides. Thanks to donations from individuals, businesses and foundations, the library can provide more and better:
• books and other items
• technology resources, including free public access to computers and the Internet
• Programming for children, teens, and adults
• Programming for the underserved population of our community
JSDCL is a private, non-profit organization classified as tax-exempt under section (501) (3) (c) of the United States Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

DONATION LEVELS AND BENEFITS
□ DIAMOND member of the 2012 Major Donor Group; $15,000
An individual plaque will be prominently displayed at the library during 2012. Your logo/name will be displayed on the library’s website (currently being redesigned). Free membership for up to 6 families (12 adults and 18 children); Donor recognition on book pockets of the next 30 new books.
□ PLATINUM member of the 2012 Major Donor Group; $10,000
An individual plaque recognizing this donation will be prominently displayed at the library during 2012. Your logo/name will be displayed on the library’s website (currently being redesigned). Free membership for up to 4 families (eight adults and 12 children); Donor recognition on book pockets of the next 20 new books.
□ GOLD member of the 2012 Donor Group; $5,000
Donor nameplates will form part of a group display at the library during 2012. Your logo/name will be displayed on the library’s website (currently being redesigned). Free membership for up to 4 families (eight adults and 12 children); Public recognition at the JSDCL facility throughout the year 2012. ; Donor recognition: book pockets of the next 10 new books.
□ SILVER member of the 2012 Donor Group; $2,500
Donor nameplates will form part of a group display at the library during 2012. Your logo/name will be displayed on the library’s website (currently being redesigned). Free membership for up to 2 families (four adults and 6 children);
□ MEMBERSHIP DONOR LEVELS FOR ONE YEAR which include one membership
□ $1,000 – ANGEL; □ $500 – Benefactor; □ $250 – Patron;
□ $100 – Sponsor; □ $50 – Associate Member □ $25 – Friend;

DONATE BOOKS OR EQUIPMENT
We accept materials in good condition that are gently used and are not moldy, dusty, damaged, or bug infested. Here are some guidelines:
Books: We accept both fiction and nonfiction materials.
Paperbacks: We accept those in good condition without yellowed pages or damage.
Media: We accept CDs and DVDs, and would love to be able to add more of these to our collections
Equipment: Check the news section for materials or used equipment the library is seeking.
